Our site in Ashurst Wood started with the successful ‘assembly’ of three adjoining land owners and was granted a delegated planning approval. We were subsequently very pleased to see the approval of a second planning application in July 2017. This added an additional unit to the overall scheme, comprising 4 new detached family homes and the opportunity to refurbish and extend an existing property that sits on the front of the site.
