Belfield Homes acquire all of our sites on a 'subject to planning' basis, meaning we use our expertise to unlock development value on behalf of land owners. We fully fund and mange the planning application process on every project we undertake, keeping owners fully informed throughout the entire process.
If you own a property with a large garden, especially where there may be potential to assemble a larger site with neighbouring gardens, we would be keen to hear from you. We are also actively seeking more traditional brownfield sites such as redundant or surplus:

- Petrol Stations
- Scrap Yards / Builders Yards
- Nurseries / Garden Centres
As our business has grown, our appetite for larger, more strategic land opportunities has also grown. We are keen to work with owners of larger greenfield sites that may offer future potential for housing. We often find that these types of sites are located on the edge of existing settlements, and provide logical urban or rural extensions in sustainable locations.
We are actively looking for land owner partners who will allow us to promote their sites for housing, and again, we will fully fund these projects from inception to completion. We are able to build bespoke promotional packages for each of our land owner partners, ensuring the maximum possible financial return.
