Belfield Homes is in the process of promoting a 3 acre site in Send. The land has recently been inset from the greenbelt with the adoption of the new Guildford Local Plan. We are working closely with the local planning authority to design a scheme, which will not only enhance the local environment, but will make a valuable contribution towards the borough’s housing need.
