Belfield Homes is in the process of promoting a 3 acre site in Send. The land was inset from the greenbelt with the adoption of the new Guildford Local Plan in 2019. We are working closely with the local planning authority on a proposed development of 29 new homes, to include 40% on-site affordable housing. The proposal will not only enhance the local environment, but will make a valuable contribution towards the borough’s housing need.
